Booking 

We are based in Santa Cruz and San Francisco and serve the Bay Area from Carmel & Monterey to Marin, East to Vallejo and San Ramon, the entire South Bay and more.  Please inquire if you think you may be out of the area.  Depending on amount of time hired for, exceptions can always be made.  

How to Book An Event

Please refer to the SERVICES page for ideas about pricing, booking times and fun ideas to add to your event.

If you would like to book an event, please fill out the form below and be sure to include the date, time, and location of your event!  For the fastest service, please text me at the number below with the all of your events information.

Upon booking your event, I will send you a Venmo/Paypal request for a Non-Refundable deposit and a Booking Contract (filable online) .  After I have received confirmation of your deposit as well as your completed Booking Contract, the date and time you requested is secure.  If you do not send your deposit and your Contract, I cannot hold your space and your date and time are forfeit to other clients.

Your Artist

Your artist will be one of our awesome and talented entertainers!  Once and while due to a busy week or scheduling you will be paired with a different artist than originally planned.  Trust me, this is ok.  All of our artist are incredibly talented, beautiful and fun.  We all have the same level of skill and the same warm heart. I only choose the best!

Event Confirmation

3 days before your event, you will be sent a confirmation email detailing your address, day and time, your artist full name and phone number and amount owed.  Please be on the look out for this and make sure to reply so that we know that all of your information is correct.

 

Your Event

Upon the arrival of your confirmed date, the artist will be there 15 min before our scheduled start time to set up. If there is traffic or any difficulty to delay this arrival time we will be in touch with you. Please have table and chairs ready  and the remainder of your payment in cash or check.

The End

Yeah!  A successful event!  After clean up we will leave you with some extra business cards for any referrals if you would like to recommend us.  You will also receive a follow up email asking for for an awesome review.  Please make sure to take a moment and write something for us!
